Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with a very clean and comfortable room, although it felt a bit smaller compared to other luxury hotels I've been to. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Mr. Bhim and Mr. Shankar, who were always ready to help. The location is perfect for visiting the Taj Mahal, but I did notice that the dining experience could use some improvement. Overall, I felt it was good value for money for the service and amenities provided.
I found the hotel to have a lot of potential, as it was conveniently located near key attractions like the Taj Mahal. While the rooms were modern and generally comfortable, they felt a bit cluttered, and I was surprised that Wi-Fi wasn't included, especially for a 5-star hotel. The service was polite, but the staff didn't seem very engaged. Overall, the dining could use improvement, but the facilities were decent and enjoyable.
I had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a short drive from the Taj Mahal, which was a highlight. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, but the rooms felt a bit outdated and weren't as luxurious as I expected. The dining experience was fantastic with a great variety of food offered. Overall, it’s a good value for money, especially because of the location and the dining options.
My stay at the ITC Mughal was a mixed bag. The Royal Mughal Suite was exceptional and really spacious, but I found some areas a bit outdated and not as clean as I would expect from a luxury hotel. The service was friendly and helpful, but there were moments that highlighted some inefficiencies. The gardens and views of the Taj Mahal truly stole the show, making this hotel memorable, although there were some areas that could use improvement.
This hotel has a fantastic location that feels like a relaxing oasis from the busy streets of Agra. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, receiving great service overall, especially from Khem Bahadur. However, the dining experience fell short with poor quality food and chaos during peak times. Prices are reasonable, but I expect more from a luxury property when it comes to dining.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms that make it very convenient, especially for guests with disabilities. The service was exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff who made our experience enjoyable. The location is fantastic, being so close to the Taj Mahal and the main market. However, I found the dining options a bit below what I expected, which was a minor letdown.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were lovely, featuring a charming color scheme that made them feel both elegant and inviting. The gardens and observatory for viewing the Taj Mahal were an absolute highlight of my trip. However, the service could have been better, as there were moments of confusion among the staff. Overall, the location was convenient with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, though I was a bit disappointed with the dining options.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the lobby was absolutely stunning, the rooms felt a bit dated and didn't quite match the opulence of the entrance. The service was top-notch, with staff who were attentive and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to key attractions, and the dining offered a solid variety though it was slightly on the pricier side compared to other places I've stayed. Overall, I found decent value for what I paid, but not all aspects lived up to my expectations.
The hotel has a great location, being very close to the Taj Mahal, which was a definite plus. The rooms, however, left much to be desired as they felt dated and had a lingering smell of cigarettes. While the staff was generally helpful and kind, the service didn’t quite match the high price we paid. On the upside, the dining options were excellent with a variety of delicious dishes offered in the buffet, making it one of the highlights of our stay.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which was conveniently located near the Taj Mahal, providing a stunning view. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly and professional, but it felt like they were a bit overwhelmed at times. The dining experience was decent, although the food could be better for a five-star property. Overall, it was a good value for money, especially given the fantastic location.
